More than just caps

Ever walked into a cap store and have a very hard time deciding which one (or ones) to purchase? With a broad range of designs, logos and colours to choose from, cap shopping can be a hard one to conquer. Caps are not just fashion items, but truly expresses what the wearer wants to say or has in mind.

It has always intrigued me when walking down the streets and seeing several people with different caps styles. Though the shapes are almost all identical, the messages and statements they declare are all significantly different. Caps carry different meanings of what the wearer wants to express depending on who the wearer themselves are.

For example, a cap carrying a sports team logo is usually worn by someone who is cheering for the corresponding team, not the opposing team.

On the other hand, a cap carrying a certain brand name may be seen as a "fashion item" rather than sports cap. Colour also plays a significant role when a wearer chooses to wear a certain cap over another: a bright coloured cap for a hot summer day vs a dark coloured cap for a rainy day.

So the next time you pursue shopping for caps, get the one (or ones) that truly catch your eyes and express what you have in mind. Be bold and be capping!
