Many who attend Mass Exodus see it as a flawless event, complete with glitz, glamour and amazing designs. Just below this surface, is absolute chaos. Maybe I am exaggerating, but there is a staggering amount of work to be done during, and even more prior to this one day event. I would estimate in total approximately 800-900 people get involved with Mass Exodus which takes about 8 months to plan. I was exceptionally impressed by the whole production and was lucky enough to see it all come to life.

Impromptu meetings happened as anxious team members wait for the Curator's announcement. Basically, three teams were at a standstill until this announcement happened. Stressful? Yes.
